Terms and Renewal

INVOICES/PAYMENT Invoices rendered for services performed are due and payable within 30 days. HIGH SIERRA ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS, INC shall not be required to release permit(s) to the Client until such time as HIGH SIERRA ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS receives full payment for all professional services performed for the Client under this Agreement. If High Sierra Elevator Inspections must sign up for an invoicing portal or insurance management program at the clients request, the fees for that service that are incurred by High Sierra Elevator Inspections will be invoiced in addition to all inspection costs. If client prefers to pay by credit card, a 3% fee is added to the invoice amount.

INSURANCE HIGH SIERRA ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS, INC advises that it and its employees and consultants employed by it, is and are protected by Workers Compensation insurance and that it carries professional liability and general liability commercial insurance policies. If HIGH SIERRA ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS must sign up with an insurance credentialing firm at the client’s request, the fee to the client is $150.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY Owner will provide HIGH SIERRA ELEVATOR INSPECTIONS, INC access to Client’s property as necessary for the performance of the inspection services.
DEFICIENCY FOLLOW UPS – If required any deficiencies that are cleared by High Sierra will be billed at $110/hour onsite or office work plus travel time.

HOURLY RATE: Our current hourly rate for any additional work or overage is $110/hour per inspector and is subject to any annual increases per this agreement.

TERM AND ESCALATION The initial term of this agreement is 3 years(36 months). At the end of the initial term of this Agreement, it will automatically renew for the term of the contract unless terminated in writing by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at the end of the Initial term by giving the other party one hundred and twenty (120) days prior written notice. All pricing is subject to a 4% annual escalation.

If any delay occurs on site because of no access, absence of the maintenance company crew, and any time past the allotted time stated in our quote, or any repairs that take more 30 minutes, then you will be charged at $110.00 per hour for each delay in addition to the quoted fees.
